Website space?

My DD would like to have a spot to post "newsletters" about our family and include some pictures and short video clips. Is there a cheap way of going about this? Thanks.

I recommend Ipowerweb.com. It is only $7.95 a month and they have excellent customer service. Lots of storage space which is perfect for videos and large files. No, I don't work for them. But I've hosted with them for over 3 years. You also get a free domain name, message forum (similar to this one), chat, etc... I host two sites with them including wdwmemories.com and my business site. If you do choose them I'd be grateful if you referred me. The free sites out there won't host video files or their bandwidth is so low you have your site down all the time. There are other hosts out there, but I've felt they will nickle and dime you to death so that is why I've stuck with the aforementioned.
