I've purchased from them quite a few times and have never experienced a problem! In fact, I was out of town a couple weeks ago and came across a Hot Wheels race track that I ordered. It was at my house waiting for me when I got home 3 days later!!!

I thought I was confused as to when I ordered it but I wasn't and I didn't pay for any kind of express shipping!

I really like their site, but, of course, YMMV.

As PP stated never had a problem. But I have never ordered their jewelry. I check them everyday like I do woot! I got a pedi paws for $3 and pedi egg $5 and they all come really fast.
