I'm trying to arrange activities for an upcoming cruise in August. The website is generating an error message "Sorry, we are unable to complete your request at this time" for every activity from this afternoon up until now.
I have not done the online check-in yet, but I don't recall this being required to book activities before. I'm guessing that this is more or less a failure of the website due to the release of the fall 2019 itineraries.
Any experience/advice?
