Website error - a new one for me.

This is a new one. Trying to book a new reservation for next year. When I try to login, I get a screen that asks if I am a DVC member, yes/no.
Then it asks for my club ID and activation code as it thinks I'm a new member. When I click on login, again, I get back to the same screens again.
How can Disney IT be this bad, consistently?
I'll try again tomorrow when it will be working (maybe).

I’ve got that a time or 2 - I usually just wait a few minutes and log back in without problems

Tried 3 browsers, incognito mode and non worked.
This morning, it worked fine, again.

I think the OP just chose to sign in during a prime maintenance time when most domestic users are not active. I'd just try again later.

Is that a thing? If the website is down for maintenance, they should indicate that when you try to access it.

It could have been maintenance, but usually the site says something about planned maintenance and I didn't see anything about that.
In the end, it worked out, still got the reservations we wanted this morning instead of last night.
I didn't think it would have been the site being too busy (as I've had that issue before) as it was late at night.
