Same here. It keeps telling me the password or email are wrong. And I have had those saved forever. Come on, Disney. Fix that website!! So frustrating!!
I just came here to see if others were having this problem. I was trying to get my itinerary so I could put it into touring plans and I'm locked out of the site. It keeps telling me my user name and password are wrong (when I know they are not). I thought maybe they banned me for switching resorts too many times
Ok, well that at least makes me feel better its not just me. Saturday they were doing some type of maintenance because when we booked our next trip they couldnt sign us up for the Magic Express.
Me too. I just got off the phone with password reset and I was told the site is going through "enhancements". She wasn't sure how long, she said maybe 30 min to 1 hour. I should have checked here first, would have saved myself 15 minutes on hold.
