Website down again.

I have been trying to get on the DVC website all day. Is anyone else having issues? I usually do not have any. I can check my contracts but I cannot book a room or see availability.

I was on earlier but I just tried and got an error message.

I have been on several times today with no problems. Reboot your computer and try again.

We figured it out. While paying dues on our 4 contracts. They are all the same contract .0, .1, .2 and .3. For some reason it allowed us to over pay on one contract approx $80. When we got to the last one , the site gave us 2 different remaining balances. One was with the over payment taken out the other was not. We then paid the amount with the over payment taken out and it showed a 0 balance in one spot and owing $80 in another. We assumed that it would recognize the money is all there, apparently it doesn’t. Contacted MS today, they say we have to contact Members Accounting during the week. I guess this is a nice way for them to get you to call and figure things out. If we log into to pay it says we owe an extra almost $30, but our balance is $0.00
