Website down again, won't let you sign on

I have tried to cancel a reservation several times yesterday and today. Friends were traveling with us for this upcoming weekend using our DVC points and had a family emergency and cannot attend. I go through the full cancellation process and get a "We're working on it" etc error message. No chat available and phone wait is 60 min at this point. I really wish they would put more resources into their web functionality.

I just logged in with out any problems. Try clearing cache and checking that you are not logged in any other Disney account.

I got it to work on my phone. It won't work on any of my computer browsers.

I had this happen to me using my iPad. I switched to a PC and it worked fine. I also dumped my cookies on my iPad and it still would dwarf me out.

Just FYI. I was trying to modify a reservation and dwarves “working on it” came up. When I went through the chat feature the cast member told me it’s a known issue and that IT is working on it currently.
