Hi, I need help with booking questions. My aunt has two DVC contracts under two member IDs but the same log in. One contract has a use year of February and has 54 points in the 2020 contact year. The other contract has a use year of March and 439 points in the 2020 use year. Both contracts are Key West as home resort.
She has authorized me to book a reservation for late April 2020 using her points. When I go into the account and try to book a reservation, the site ALWAYS defaults to the contract with 54 points remaining. I cannot find way to change the contract number to the one with 439 points. The last time I did this, three years ago with the "old" website it was easy to switch between contracts. I don't want her to have to borrow points from 2021 for this reservation when it makes no sense. She has tried calling on my behalf but she is in her mid 80s and said she had trouble understanding the representative. Any suggestions?
