Website and phones seem to be messed up

Went on line to look at our itinerary and the website is showing the cruise that we cancelled about two weeks ago, not the one we are currently on. I assume that the website is just having hiccups as often happens, but wanted to double check, so I called.

First time, I got to the point where your reservation no is repeated back to you. He said "259" and then nothing happened after that.

Called back and he repeated the entire reservation no. to me and then it went directly to the survey. I never talked to anyone at all.

Just strange that both would be having hiccups at the same time.
