Webkinz website! Anyone else having major issues?

I have been trying to get into DD's account for over a week and cannot login. I get stuck in perpetual "please wait" mode. Today, and I think the day before yesterday, there was a banner at the top of the page that said the site was down for maintenance. Well, just tried to log on again (no banner, so I assume it's fixed) and still cannot get in.

Anyone else having problems? Their help zone is crap so I'm going to hunt down a number for Ganz tomorrow and call. My DD loves her webkinz and we have 2 new ones to adopt!

My dd has not been able to log in on her computer for months. It has something to do with an upgrade that was installaed on her computer. I can't remember which one.

I just checked, and it's working fine for me.

THANK YOU!!!!! After some hunting around I found some instructions that directed me to MANUALLY (and pretty much individually) delete cache and cookie items......painful, but it worked.

Hey, try what I just tried. It worked for me.

Go to Tools on your toolbar, then internet options, under browsing history, click the settings button, then view files, and then hilite all those "files" listed in the box (most of mine were webkinz) and then delete them. That worked and I was able to get right into DD's account?

Yep. That was going to be my next advice. We have that problem here too with people not being able to be logged in and after they manually clear things all is right with the world. No idea why it has to be done manually. I had to do it this weekend.
