Okay. I'm new at this. Sorry, but what are webcertificates, and what/how can they be uses? Thanks!

You can use it anywhere on the internet that accepts Mastercard (pretty much EVERYWHERE) or for a small fee (less than $10) you can get a physical Mastercard that you can take to any (physical) store (or any other kind of business) that you'd like.

If you are paying for something over the phone or mail (like a Disney Resort room), can you use the web certificates without the actual card?

Yes, as long as you have your account information. You will get a # when you sign up at webcertificates.

Is this a reward that's available with Mypoints? I couldn't find it on their site?

Yes, under "Spend Points, " Look under the "internet" category.

Thanks for the help Tina! But wouldn't you know it ... it says its only for residents of the US .. d'oh! Would have been nice to use it for the hotel reservations...
