All you need to do is print out the account page from web certificates thta shows then account # exp: date your namfe and address and take it to TDS and have the CM to put in the account# manually.
Ive done this 5 times already and only once had a problem the CM was very snippy. Said she couldn't do it without the card.
She said it was a store policy yet whe I asked her why I had this done 4 times before she just kept repeating store policy.
So all I did was went to another DS and they were very good.
Even though they never heard of rewards or webbies they called MC automated # just to verify the account.
There was no problems a all!
