Mine seems to stop at the exact spot every time I try... :(

I'm at 4 minutes in so far.

ETA: Just watched the complete webcast with no issues.

I've got the same problem. It stops at 1:31 and picks up again around 9:30, skipping all the stuff I cared about seeing. And there doesn't seem to be a phone number or email for support.

Edit: I'm also in Michigan, so maybe they have regional servers for the video and ours has an issue?

It seems to be an issue with the existing member version. I watch the non-member version with no issues. Watching the member version now under my partners email and it skips.

I have the same issue. Is there a way to view the non-member version? Hopefully they fix it soon or allow us to watch another day. I was looking forward to a virtual trip to Hawaii today.

The version you view is determined when you signed up.

We had no difficulties watching the Member version of the webcast. In fact, we watched it twice and was able to pause and back it up.

Its a very professional production. Samantha Brown, as always, is great and it offers some great views of Aulani.

This happened to me too. I tried going back to see the video between 1:31 and 9:30 but it would only keep starting at 9:30.

I also had no trouble with the member version and I am not even at my fast home internet. I am at BLT.

No problems for me with the member version. Watched it twice. First thing this morning and this afternoon.

So nice!

Planning on going in 2017 and this makes it hard to wait.

No problems here. Watched it this morning. Looking forward to a trip someday. Perhaps in 2017 as well.

I tried to watch this morning and my version had the same blip at 1:32 in or so. It froze on IE and wouldn't go on. I switched to Firefox. Same blip, but it recovered...I just didn't notice it was at the 9 minute mark! Just went back in and it's fixed! No wonder I couldn't answer that quiz question about the Menehune - DUH!

My daughter and I watched it this afternoon. At first it was kind of lagging -- the video didn't match the audio so we just went back in time and started watching it over. I do have to say I couldn't have any other windows open, so if you have something running in the background, you may have the same problem.

OT, Sweet Jean, how is it so far? Is the Hubby there and scooting to MK for once? :moped:

It skipped on us too. We went back and reloaded it and closed everything else and it still skipped. We are going to Aulani in June so I gathered DH and DS to watch and was excited, then this glitch.....yuck.

I went to YouTube and downloaded the old one to show them so it wasn't a total loss.

Well I finally was able to watch it all the way last night.
Maybe they finally fixed it.

I was getting some jittering, but I was trying to watch it on our TV with our PS4. Switched to my Mac using Airplay, and it worked much better, no skipping. Nice seeing some of the new additions to the resort since our visit the first year it was open. We're planning to go back in 2018 when we have points again.

Just watched it, no problems. Although mine could pause, it could not back up. Samantha is fine, but the word is NOT "miss-cheev-ee-us," it's "mischievous"!

Per Merriam Webster, \ˈmis-chə-vəs, ˈmish-; ÷mis-ˈchē-vē-əs, mish-\

A pronunciation \mis-ˈchē-vē-əs\ and a consequent spelling mischievious are of long standing: evidence for the spelling goes back to the 16th century. Our pronunciation files contain modern attestations ranging from dialect speakers to Herbert Hoover. But both the pronunciation and the spelling are still considered nonstandard.

I think we're off topic LOL. Oxford English dictionary has "mischievous." In any event, at Aulani, all I heard was "mischieveeous" EXCEPT the "Aunty" on that Menehune trail I-pad thingie. I guess Disney passed that through an educational consultant.
Bottom line is, my mother was an English teacher, so whenever I hear someone say "jewel-uh-ree" for "jewelry," or "real-uh-tor" for "realtor," it grates on my ears.
