It's mostly questions about your work ethic and how big of a party-er you are. Simple enough it you're always consistent! Keep in mind they ask the same question like several times. Good luck!

After almost 2 week my son has not yet gotten an interview. He is goind crazy! Can you apply again for spring?

Sorry you didn't make it past that stage.

If you apply for a future program, my advice is to sort of find a balance of saying what you know Disney wants to hear. Always (as best you can) stick to Strongly Agree/Strongly Disagree rather than falling somewhere in the middle, and the biggest advice is to remain consistent. A lot of times they ask things more than once, and you want to pay attention to that to make sure you give the same response.

I thought for sure I was going to not pass because I second guessed myself more than once, but really just remain confident and be sure to keep in mind what kind of person Disney is looking for. Be that person!
