Weather/Rain update

Can anyone who leaves near DL give us weather watchers an update on the rain/weather?

I'm at the park right now. Was supposed to rain today. Uhm.... this morning we had about 5 mins of rain, not even hard. Random drops the rest of the day with mostly sunny. Humid as heck I can tell you! Supposed to be kinda nice the next couple of days.

All rides were pretty much walk on. 5 mins wait times were the longest I think. Hoping tomorrow is the same

As I write this, we are back at the room changing clothes. Its been raining on and off since 730am. Still dripping, though the weather peeps said 50% chance of rain this am only. Went on the "Walk" tour and got quite wet. (still a great tour! )

I'd come prepared for rain...not sure if I trust the weather folks anymore

I believe weather channel had rain forecasted for today. I am hoping it gets it out of its system before we get down there. We are not planning on going into the park until Sunday.

Please everyone keep reporting and then I can keep unpacking and repacking my luggage.

I've been keeping my eye on the weather as well. Here in Tucson we've had rain all day but it has been that light rain and sometimes just drops here and there. Not hard at all. Off to check accuweather again.

Here in L.A. today (and most likely Anaheim too), it has been raining steadily - though not too heavily - all day long. It's like a steady, but light rain most of the time. No major downpours or anything that I can see or hear. Yesterday (Thursday) was supposed to be the significant rain day but I guess it got delayed off the coast or something so today is quite wet instead. I had heard on the local morning news yesterday that there was supposed to be "another system" moving in late Saturday and into Sunday that may bring heavier rain than the current one is bringing, but since today's system was delayed, I assume the next system will be delayed a bit too. So maybe the next storm (after this one ends) will come Monday or so? I will keep my eye on the local weather for you guys, as it seems to change every day!! But as for now, I just poked my head outside again, and the ground is still wet and the skies are still gray and there is still rain coming down, but lightly!

THE SKY IS FALLING!!!!!

Okay, its raining - and lightly at that. But it's So. Cal. and its raining and well, the sky is falling.

To put it in perspective, I had a Dr's appt. I parked, walked, no umbrella. Hair got wet. Light rain.

As of about 4pm the rain had pretty much stopped. We had what I'd call mist for a while after that. No rain, just clouds....and then....I saw.....blue sky trying to peak out and the sun setting behind the Matterhorn! Fantasmic was dry (unless you were sitting by the water or made the mistake of setting your bag down on the ground )

There may be hope for tomorrow (our last day here, we fly to Portland on Sunday....just in time for some more snow up there? )

It hasn't stopped raining here in L.A. all day today. It's still raining now (at 9:11 p.m.) Again, it is pretty light, but the ground has been wet all day and the rain is pretty regular and steady. There was never any blue sky up this way (in Beverly Hills/West Hollywood area). I wouldn't expect Anaheim to be too much different, but maybe it cleared up momentarily.

we were in the parks today from about 3:30 pm to about 9pm and it was humid, It sprinkled or more like misted a few times, but it wasn't that bad at all!

Today is Saturday morning, and I am not sure about Anaheim, but here in L.A., it has STILL been lightly raining and the ground is still wet and the skies are still gray. Usually, when we get our local news' weather forecast for L.A., it includes "inland Orange County," so I would assume that Anaheim is gray too.

Can someone in Anaheim update in the afternoon. I'm about an hour away and it's raining here but I heard it should slow down in the afternoon. We'd like to drive down today to get our APs and maybe enjoy the park if it's not too wet, thanks!

It is supposed to stop this afternoon and start up again possibly tomorrow night and off and on through Wednesday.

Yep. It has started to clear up slowly over here (not far from LAX) too. I even see a tiny smidge of blue sky but no sun yet.

Local Orange County news station weather report just aired.

Rain should start late tonight, lasting Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Wednesday "partly cloudy and back to normal" (aka - no rain).
