Looks like the weather calls for about 19/20 degrees Celsius ( 64/65 Fahrenheit) this week. Is it shorts type of weather? Does it get quite chilly at night as well ?

It really depends on what you're use to. For me during the day would be fine.
Once the sun goes down and it gets cooler, I'd want to have something warmer on.
Looking at the forecast it looks like the nights will be 50*F.
It rained today and it's supposed to rain tomorrow. It depends if you like water running down your legs or being splashed when people stomp in puddles.
I agree, depends what you're used to. Inside the parks always feels a lot warmer to me, all the bodies and concrete. I actually feel a big difference at night as soon as I leave the gates.

I'm from Alberta so for me, I'd go with capris or a longer shorts. If the daytime high is 19/20 it will be cooler in the morning or in the evening. If I recall correctly, when I see those temperatures, the evening temps are around 13-15. If you have the Weather Network app, it has a plus sign in a circle for part of the 14 day forecast that tells you the expected morning, afternoon and evening temps.
