We're leaving for WDW in about 3 weeks, woo hoo!

I've been checking the weather, and the normal highs/lows for that time... I'm hoping for weather in the 70's...would this bean jeans weather or shorts? I'm hoping for shorts, but I would be just as happy wearing jeans, as long as I'm not in NJ!!! I'm thinking if it ends up in the upper 70's I might get away with shorts during the day, but does it get cool at night? Just starting to pack... thanks :Pinkbounc

I'm from NH so I may be a little wierd but when we go to WDW in January if the temperature is 60s or higher we wear shorts during the day with a sweatshirt in the morning that usually comes off later in the day. On our last trip when we left home it was 50 below with the wind chill so Orlando was over 100 degrees warmer than where we came from! Felt pretty darn warm to us. The parks are only open to about 6:00 or 7:00 though so we weren't really out late and probably would have needed pants at night. My boys are bringing the zip-off pants this time. Pants in the morning, zip em off when they get warm and store em in their bag, and then zip em back on at night if they get cold. Those might be good. My DD is probably going to take capris though. Hope this helps some. Have fun packing! It will be here before you know it.

I would pack the capris and some shorts, with a few pants. We were down there the end of Jan., I had capris and pants. With the sweatshirt and short sleeve top under. By the end of the day the sweatshirt was off and just needed the short sleeve shirt. My DH had shorts and short sleeve t's. Like Tinkim say's it's much warmer down there to us so it feels great now. Have fun.
