weather in September?

We are taking our first trip the end of September, usually we go in July. How is the weather, is it warm, do I have to pack pants and sweatshirts? Is it warm enough to go to the water parks? Thank you in advance.

The last time we visited in September was back in 2005 and it was HUMID!!!. You will not be needing any pants or sweatshirts while you are there, well maybe one sweatshirt just in case there is a slight chill at night (but that would be very rare). It will definitely be warm enough for a water park. Also, you may be in for some rain due to all of the humidity. We are going back in September this year for MNSSHP and I am really excited about it because there is less crowds which means less wait times

Sept. is hot and humid. It's as hot as the summer months, plus it's the peak of hurricane season.
