Weather in Feb, How is it?

I know this question has been asked before, I looked before posting.

Can anyone tell how the weather is in Feb, is it warm enough to swim. We always go to WDW in November and July. So I was thinking about Feb this year.

February is generally the coldest month in Central Florida. There may be nights when the temps get down into the 30s.

WE skipped the pool- too chilly for us. Besides- we go to Disney for the entertainment we can't get home and we can swim at home. It was sunny most days and high's in the mid 70's, but we did have rain a couple of days and it was cold at night and in the mornings. However, if you live in the north with frigid snowy winters, FL is BEAUTIFUL in Feb. The trees have leaves, the flowers are in bloom, there is color everywhere you look and some of the wildlife at Disney have brand new babies.

We went the end of Jan beg. of Feb in 2006/07. OMG was it cold! It was in the 50's and dreary. We still had a blast but i never realized that 50 in florida is bone chilling. We weren't prepared either. Everyday we were the same two long sleeve shirts with our tees over it. We layed the kids in like three shirts and a sweatshirt. While it's not always that cold in Jan/Feb it's definately not swim weather. Unless of course you stay offsite and have an indoor pool.

We went to WDW President's week 2008, the weather was great! There was one or two days where we wore long sleeved shirts, but it was warm enough to do the water park one day, and we did enjoy the pool at the resorts. You should check intercot infocentral for the historical weather for WDW, they have it listed for each date! We will be heading back in Feb 09 and it will definitely be better weather than here in upstate NY!
