Weather in end of nov first of dec?

For locals what is the weather typically like in end of nov ( right after thanksgiving) to first of december?
Is it warm enough to use the hotels pool?

Last year we were in DL and left the day before Thanksgiving and wow the weather was gorgeous, it was in the 90's every day.
