Weather in April?

Hello All!
First I have to say...I LOVE this board! My husband thinks I'm crazy because every time I get on the internet, I am looking for something on this board!
Okay, my question is...we will be in Disney during my kid's spring break (April 3rd to the 9th)..can anyone tell me what the weather is usually like? Should I pack my girls shorts? capris? jeans? My boys will have to go with shorts or jeans I guess. I am packing now (which my husband thinks I'm crazy too! But on Saturday the 3rd, all I want to do is get everyone up and into the van for our 9 1/2 hours drive!).

It is hard to say right now.

We have been in April before and it was cold.

And we have been in March when it is plenty warm enough for lots of swimming even.

And this year has been cold. I personally would pack a variety. there are washers and dryers at the resorts if you run out of what you need most of!

We go in the end of April and have found it be a little warm during the day. At one point last year we had to buy one of those spray bottels with a fan just to keep cool, but as soon as it gets dark it seems to get a littel chilly ( esp if it has rained that day). We found that shorts and T's where gerat duringthe day, we would go back to our room and put on jeans or bring a light jacket and we where fine at night.

I lived in FL for over 20 years, the PP advice is good. Pack some of everything...weather is always changing in April, cool some days & hot others. That is what I will be doing in two weeks!!

Lived here all my life lol and PP are soo right about April weather in Fl. I think you will do fine with a variety..after all its a saying here in Florida.."Don't like the weather, wait ten minutes..."lol..Take this week for example, we had a day or two of nice spring weather (not to warm, maybe a hint of chill..about 72ish)..then today its cold (58 in my house without AC lol).

We are going in April too, but living an hour away thankfully we can just wait out the good weather if the weekend we want to go is too cold/rainy. Haven't told our girls yet (doing an Easter surprise lol) but I know how excited ya'll are..DH and I are foaming at the mouth to tell them and just go already lol.
