...keeps getting better! Looks like low to mid 70's all week, possibly hitting 77 on Mon and Tues!

Maybe I will get a chance to wear those shorts that I packed??

Who else will be there with me??? :cheer2:

Newbie here. Just found this place. Hope you have a great time. Me and the little woman are heading down on the 12th-19th for our first stay at our home resort of ssr. Looks like we may get some 80 degree weather.

We're heading in for 13-18. It had been looking cool, but the forecast just keeps getting better!!!!

:bounce:

We leave on Saturday! I checked the weather a little while ago, and I started doing a happy dance!!!!!!!!!!!! :dancer:

I bought the cutest pants at NY&Co. They are light weight, and roll up with buttons on the side to hold them up. Like Capris, I guess. I also got a bunch of cute new tops. It's only supposed to be in the 50's at home next week. I'm stoked about the warm temps. I bragging at work today about how nice the weather is supposed to be. :rotfl2:

Can't wait!!!!!

In the 50s??? I would love if it were that warm in NJ. It's been in the 20's and low 30s here! Even more of a reason to be excited about next week's forecast!

We leave on friday morning. The weather keeps getting better and better. It's gonna be a great week

I do daycare from my home and one of the familys I have will be leaving this thursday night 3/4-3/11. It's a family of 5 with grandparents going to. I keep telling them they should take the babysitter with them, but so far not going I need to get out of this cold :cold: . Looks like the weather down there will be nice. Anything is better then the weather up here. Have fun :bounce: :bounce:

You guys all know--of course--that these happy long-range forecasts could be completely wrong????
But for your trips, I sincerely hope they have it right!!!

The dancing will start on Friday night! :cool1:

We leave on Saturday, and I can't sleep already! I was up at 4am today, and know the next night or two will be the same.

THe weather looks tropical to us....we live in atlantic Canada! I am only bringing two pairs of pants each and a sweatshirt....we WILL wear shorts everyday! Anything over 65 will feel hot to us!

I am keeping the kids home from school today and tommorrow...we are so paronoid they are going to catch some awful bug and ruin the trip! (there is some yucky stuff going around at school!) So we are keeping them away from all kids!

I can't imagine the money we are spending....and then have sick kids! I know they could still catch something on the plane.....

DO I sound paranoid??!

Leaving Saturday as well, we have had low temps this week, even some snow flurries on Monday with some of the schools in our area being canceled, usually warmer here in Tennessee at this time of year. I am so ready for summer so 70+ sounds great to me.....definately not a winter person. :hourglass

If it hits 77* those two days I will have a party. It's been unseasonably cold here and I absolutely hate it. I'm ready for it to start getting up into the 50s and low 60s now, but nope we're stuck in the low 30s/upper 20s.

It'll be a little off though, I'm sure, because weather.com has 73* for almost all the days but accuweather.com has almost the same but 77* for two days. I'm hoping Accuweather is right! :)

Bring on the sunshine!!!

Edit: I just thought of this. I'm going to look absolutely rediculous when I get off the plane in Orlando. The limo is picking us up at our house at 2:30am and taking us to Philly, and our flight takes off at 6:30am. Of course it's going to be freezing outside so I'm going to wear jean capris, a new polo-shirt, with a hoodie over it. I think it'll be hilarious how I'll be freezing and 2 1/2 hours later I'll be nice and warm!

SandraB, you are perhaps a little paranoid but certianly in good company. We leave a week from today and I am also obsessing about germs. My son turns 7 this week and his birthday party is Sunday, at a kids' fun place with an arcade and a BALL PIT--- EEEEW! How many germs must there BE in this place? I started questioning why I made plans for the party to be in "germ central!" Anyhow, pack the hand sanitizer and make the kids use it two or three times on the flight and you should be fine. I am bringing mine to the party! :)

See you there. :earsboy:

Colleen & SandraB - You both had the right idea. My mom was sick this past weekend and I went home and of course in just 48 hours I caught whatever she had. Or I thought I caught whatever she had.

I woke up Tuesday and thank goodness I didn't have any classes because I woke up sick. I thought it was whatever she had and I was furious. She picked me up and went to our family doctor and it's a good thing we did because I had the beginning of strep throat! So now I'm on antibiodics for strep, allergy/sinus medicine because my nose is stuffy, and Advil like 10 times a day because I have a killer sinus headache.

I was doomed either way - go home and get what my mom had or stay here and get an even worse case of strep throat. Ugh.

*Crosses fingers* Please, please, please be okay by Saturday morning so my ears don't burst on the plane from the pressure! I do feel a lot better since Tuesday, my throat doesn't hurt but my stuffy nose is driving me crazy.

Hailing from Woodbridge (NJ) and will be arriving on 3/8 and departing 3/16! Any weather has to be better than the brutal 20s.

Well, since it was close to 0 degrees this morning in Michigan - I'll take the potential to be in the 60's - 70's for the weekend. Arrriving tomorrow and can hardly wait. It's been very difficult to stay focused at work!

I totally agree with you on the weather here in MI!!! I hate it. Anything is better than what we have up here. We are leaving tomorrow and taking our dear sweet time getting down there. We are arriving Sunday and staying till Saturday!

Good wheather you say, in the 70's??? I am so excited! We will be in WDW 3/8-3/16 and were afraid of having "heavy rain" since that is what the Farmers Almanac had predicted. This is also the same almanac that predicted heavy snow for the PNW the last week of Feb, no snow but lots of Sunshine. I can't complain about our wheather here since we are getting sun and Cali is getting all of our rain. I just can't wait to ride Splash Mountain....5 more days.

Good luck to all our us. We leave Sunday morning and are hoping the weather holds on Tues. and Wed. our only two days at the World. My parents who live there say the weather looks worse later in the week but really good on Mon and Tues. Fingers crossed!! I know about being parnoid about sickness. Last year my daugher caught an awful virus and we had to cut a day off of our Disney trip. Health and Wholeness to us all!!!!!
