We've been following the forecast and live in TX which has similar weather, but curious how people dress for the parks in November. We will be there 8 thru 20. It can be cool in the morning and evening, so layers, a light jacket... I'm a terrible packer :(

Also, do you ever change for dinner to something a little nicer, ie, nicer jeans and top and real shoes?

Thank you!

This time of year can be unpredictable. The best advice I can suggest is to plan on layers. Typically we don't change for dinner.

We typically don't change for dinner. For a couple of the restaurants we will

We go in Nov. every year. Some of our pics show us in bathing suits, shorts and t-shirts, others in pants and jackets. The weather can vary from day to day. It's really unpredictable. I'd pack for both seasons.

We sometimes shower/change before dinner if we are going some place nice. Most often we are in the parks all day, eat, and then shower when we get back to the room.

I spoke to my bil who lives in Florida today and he told me we should be fine in shorts and tee shirts during the day and then wearing a fleece or sweatshirt at night. I am going to bring a few pairs of jeans in case it is cooler at night. We will be there the 6th-13th.

Keep checking online for the weather during your trip. For the most part on our November trips it has been warm enough to do shirt and shorts during the day and maybe switch to pants or a
lightweight jacket or sweatshirt at night. Plus we have usually hung out at the pool after lunch . We were there a few years ago when they had a cold snap and DH had to buy a ski cap and we wore 2 layers a day & a half. First time to view the President's, Tiki room and the France film in a while plus a 2nd Pirates , Space Ship Earth and Nemo.
Since we usually go back to the resort to hang at the pool we shower & change for dinner. If we didn't we would just go back to change if we were going to a nice resort resaurant. (YSH, Flying Fish, etc.) .

Yeah, November is tricky. It can be 40 or 90, but usually varies between 60 to 80. I am a big fan of layers. I wear a base layer of a t-shirt with convertible pants (pants that roll into capris). I bring a few sweatshirts for evening, and a light waterproof jacket. I also pack a pair of shorts in case we get a day where it is sweltering.

As others have noted, the temperatures can be quite variable. For November 15th the weather channel shows an average high/low of 78/58. But the record high is 87 and the record low is a chilly 33. It can feel really cold waiting for rope drop on a breezy, upper 30 degree morning. Pack one outfit for each extreme and you will be ready.

We usually go that same week in November. As everyone noted above, the temperatures vary and we've experienced both extremes - although I must say that during a 7-day trip, we've always had the benefit of there being a few days warm enough to swim even though the temps were generally cool.

One bit of advice, though. If we know we are going to be in the parks after sundown, we make sure to bring a light jacket or sweatshirt. In some cases, we were forced to buy sweatshirts in the parks because the temperature plunged once the sun went down.

It appears the weather will be mid 70s for highs and mid 50s for lows. About like here in Texas. We're going 13-21 and we will probably take a couple of long sleeved shirts and a couple of pairs of jeans. Maybe a sweater too, although I don't think we'll need that.
