Both of our visits have been in May. The first time the weather was perfect--hot but not scorching and very sunny all day. The second time, however, it was gray and quite windy in the morning and by afternoon was raining slightly and so windy as to make being outdoors un-enjoyable. It wasn't particularly warm, either. All excursions were cancelled, and the snorkeling was miserable. I think it's kind of a shot in the dark. That was a twelve-day land and sea vacation. The forecast said 100% chance of rain, wherever we were going to be, for eleven of the twelve days. I suppose it did rain every day, but on every day other than our CC day, it lasted less than an hour and remained warm and fairly sunny. My personal policy is not to freak out about the weather. Forecasts for more than two or three days out are notoriously inaccurate, and even if your weather is going to be bad, there's nothing you can do to change it. On a positive note, before it got super-windy and everyone went back to the ship(in hordes), we still had a phenomenal time on CC that day, so unless you are completely unable to dock, it should still be a lot of fun!
