Weather and crowds early May?

We are trying to decide when to go next May. We thought about going at the end of the month, but the weather seems to be so hot right now. What is it like at the first part of the month? Being there is grad night for a couple of nights the first week, does that make a difference in the crowds. We have never gone this time of the year. It has usually been March or October. Any info would be appreciated. I want to book the trip soon. Thanks.

We loved May in WDW! We were there the 2nd week of May and experienced warm weather but less humidity, less crowds and we are hoping to go back next May!

I was there this year from May 2 until May 13th. The crowds did not bother me, though they were more than I'm used to. Good planning with fastpasses and early arrival worked out fine. But the weather was hot, low 90's every day. It's probably much worse in summer but I would never even consider going in the summer. I think I'll stick to the cooler times of the year.

We have been there the first week of May for the last 4 years. LOVE IT! Yes, there are Grad nights, but we just work around them and go to a different park, etc. Didn 't really bother us at all. The crowd level is great - although like already said it does seem to be getting larger every year. It is usually pretty warm but not nearly as hot as the summer. Good time to go though!

Been to May twice... Perfect. The crowds were a lot larger this year than 2 years ago and the TS resturants booked way to early this time... but other than that PERFECT time to go.

Now since this is becoming a popular month to visit I need to scope out another time to go
