May is my fave time to go - IMO weather is gorgeous... :cloud9:

Hi,
Could someone explain to me the concept of "too hot" is something like having too much money?....:rotfl2:

Mick.

:cool2:

To the people that have given me good advice many thanks.
Seems most people on here are very helpful.

Early May temps usually average low to mid 80s, not a bad time to go at all as the high humidity of the summer months are still a few weeks away.

Also to remember it is very hard to predict what the weather is going to be like. We have been in February and had cooler weather then red hot weather on different holidays. The last two times going in July we expected a lot of rain and only saw a couple of showers in a total of 28 days.

Also it depends on your own body as well, some people feel the heat/cold more than others do.

If you pace yourselves, drink plenty of liquids (plain water is best) and take plenty of breaks, even the hottest weather is easily handled :)

There are always plenty of air conditioned shops, shows and restaurants to cool down in.

A nice swim in the afternoon is also a great way to cool off, then go back to the parks in the early evening when it's a bit cooler :)

we went 6th MAY - 21ST MAY last year, and it was HOT! I thought it was a little too hot on the days we were in Epcot as we were outside most of the day, as we are from the UK any heat is hot:rotfl: :rotfl: but you can choose to go inside shops and shows etc....
In AK they had little 'showers' all around for you to cool off, which I enjoyed...there are also the wet rides to cool off.
Our DD aged 2 1/2 at the time loved it, we just made sure she had loads to drink and loads of sunscreen.
1st 2 weeks will be lovely for you, dont worry and enjoy.:woohoo: :woohoo:

leaving this saturday the 28th, hope it is too hot, will have to spend more time in air contioned bars drinking Ice cold Budweiser, and lounging next to a cool pool and in between i will visit air conditioned shopping Malls spending the ridiculously weak dollar on quality cheap clothing...nice.!
