Wearing your own dress to BBB??

Sorry if this is already on another thread...but,

have any of you taken your DDs to BBB for hair/make-up already wearing a princess dress that you brought with you? DD will have just turned 3 on this trip and while I want to do the whole package...it is rather expensive for her being so young. I was thinking about picking up a dress here at home and just having her wear it to BBB...is this ok?

Bring your own dress, save the money for something else!! I brought both of my daughters dresses from home to the bbb, and this year I am doing the same thing.

I think you are smart and can same alot of money by doing that! My girls are wearing a custom Cinderalla outfit that day so we will not be buying a dress from them. It was much cheaper than buying a dress at BBB and more comfortable for them to wear all day(skirt and top)

We brought our own last year as DD doesn't like anything "scratchy" and I have to shop carefully for dressup clothes. This year we are going to do the updo at the main street barbershop instead. It is only $7.50 for updo, gel, and sparkles and they do a good job form what I have seen. The only drawback is that you cannot make an appointment for it.

Thanks! The Jasmine outfit was bought at Disney Store close to Halloween in 2006. My oldest DD loved that costume!!
