Ok - I am a DIE- HARD Clay fan...but am I the only one of us who has "had enough already" my gosh people - you sound like a bunch of *hockey moms* Ruben won - congrats to him. Clay also has a single coming out - in just 10 more sleeps!!! - so you will still get PLENTY of Clayboy!!!

Let Ruben take the credit he deserves for winning this thing...Lord knows you would want Clay to have it - had the title been his...!

But - I do want to point out that Kelly Clarkson DOES write her own music (or at least she did with Babyface on her "Thankful" album) AND the album just went platnium...I would say her 15 minutes of fame is FAR from over - considering the fact that she won the competition almost a year ago...too bad I can't say the same for the *electronic's only voice and zero writing lack of talent Britney Spears*...

I never said Ruben was great to look at...I said at least he had a niche in pop culture. I didn't insult Clay....just calling it like I see it. Like I said, dude can sing, but you gotta bag his face.

Clay and Ruben will be both very successful. I have to say though sometimes when I read these boards, there is so much rudeness. A Disney board too!!!! What attitudes ppl cop. These must be some of the same ppl at Disney that cut lines, etc...


I really enjoyed the final American Idol show and I will buy both their CDS. They are both handsome men. I can't believe how ppl on here are saying how "ugly" Clay is. Certainly not called for at all. Maybe their taste runs to unkempt pierced rockers.

OMG - that WAS awesome....honestly - I think even the Ruben and Kimberly L fans will like that one...it's very touching no matter who your favourite Idol was...especially because some of it is about them....
