Wearing Lanyards

Hi Everyone!

This came up in conversation with my daughter today and I honestly didn't have an answer.

Do any of you wear your Disney Lanyards outside of the parks? I mean, at home in everyday life? I'm not talking about wearing one with 50 pins on it, maybe 3 or 4. My daughter has one and wanted to know if wearing it without being in Disney is o.k. (I have one as well - a starter kit one - but I've never worn it.)

Thoughts on this?

I personally have not seen that many people wearing lanyards outside of Disney, unless it's a lanyard used to carry some kind of work or school ID. Those did not have any pins on them. I don't think there is anything wrong with wearing a lanyard with a few pins if you want, but if it were me, I would keep in mind that the more you wear it, the more likely you are to lose the pins.
