Can anyone tell me what will happen? I have MBS and FP+ for the members of my party for our trip in May. I just discovered that my DGD8 will not be able to travel with us. I have already made FP+ for her and linked her park hopper to the MBs. Will I have to just eat the money I spent on her ticket or will we be able to use her MB in the park for an extra FP+?:confused3

If you booked a package and are more than 45 days out, remove her from it. If you can't, just don't use her ticket and it will be valid the next time she (or another child) goes to Disney.

Sorry she can't join you. Just call and cancel her from the reservation. You will be refunded her ticket price. It is no problem.

Sounds as though you'll be able to get your money back for her ticket, which is great.

Hypothetically, her MB would have worked for FP+ at the moment (even though her ticket wasn't used for park entry). Though at any time Disney might require that ticket media be used for park entry in order to take that ticket/MB to kiosks to get FP+. Once that happens, her MB wouldn't work for FP+ unless her ticket was used for park entry.
