we will be going for the first time ever this month

We will be staying at the carousel, and was wondering what you all who stayed there thought about the place, also we will be going to sea world and knotts, and the zoo. What does everyone thing about knotts? I was looking forward to seeing the glass blowing etc but heard it was not a great place to go with little ones. I have a 4 year old and 10 year old going.
And how about sea world, we booked breakfast with Shamu( for 10 year olds birthday, was it worth it ? thanks and I am new here, looks to be very imformative, good info!!

I haven't done this but I can tell you how it is set up....

There are 20-30 tables set up in the backstage(back stage is visible to guests) portion of the shamu arena ... some tables are right up against the water (pool) ... the other tables are a couple of feet a way from the water ... I believe a trainer will come up with shamu (or another whale) in the shallow part of the water and give info on him and possibly have visits from other animals from the park ... as for the food I have never had breakfast at the park

At Knott's there's Camp Snoopy and that has quite a lot for kids to do. I think in general Knott's gets an ok crowd (compared to Magic Mountain), but I still prefer the one at DL/DCA.
