We will be at the Fort Soon!!

In 2 sleeps plus 22 hours traveling all the way from Sydney we will be at Fort Wilderness Cabins. We are staying 11 nights. The first 4 days will be spent traveling to WWoHP, KSC and just hanging around the Fort. We are doing the Hoop Dee Doo Revue on Sunday them we hit the Disney's Parks with our 6 day Park Hopper Pass. We are lucky to have free dining so have made some ADR' s but we will have breakfast and some dinner's in our Cabin

There's so much to look forward to in Disney World. The Fort looks so beautiful and I want to make sure we factor in some relaxation time there. We like to walk and don't mind catching buses so no golf cart for us. I love the idea of being able to spend time in a natural environment after the wonders of the Parks. It's the best of all worlds I believe!

One of the most fun things I've done at FW was make my own tie dye Hidden Mickey t-shirt. It was an activity on Sunday afternoon at the Meadows Trading Post. Check out the activities schedule. $17 for an adult shirt. My favorite souvenir from WDW.

You are coming a long way to experience the Fort. Sounds like you've got a good mix of outside activities, theme park days, and down time around the Fort. Travel safely and enjoy your trip.

Looking forward to earning our ears at Fort Wilderness during our very first visit. We love our RV and are super hopeful that it will be our best camping trip ever. Burning question: To golf cart or not?

We leave today. Looks like it's cold but sunny when we arrive but warming up as the week progresses. Layers, layers.

You arrive around the time we leave BeBeCee! As to the golf cart we aren't getting one. Buses and walking is fine by us but there are differing opinions around here. Enjoy your trip

Let me know how it goes! We are okay with walking too but worried about our 4 year old...reserved an off-site cart through Kenny with Tee Time Carts.
