We will be at SS while kids are preforming for HS?

Has any DVC'ERs ever visited their home while their kids we on a trip to Disney with a school group for the American Music Festival. Our kids will be preforming at Epcot & WDW but staying at all star music.Can they still use our DVC perks? Has anyone ever done this before and how did it work out?

Unless they are on your deed (and therefore would have their own DVC membership card), they won't really have any way to identify themselves as DVC members. If you will staying at SSR, you could add their names to your reservation and they would then have room ID stating "DVC Member". They would likely get some discounts using that card.

Their room id at All Stars will not have "DVC Member" marked on it so they won't really have access to any member perks or discounts based on that ID.

I'm sure they'll still have a great time!

So you will be staying at SSR and the kids will be at Allstar? That would be me!

If that is the case, you could add them to your villa, but Im not sure what other perks they would receive/use unless they want to pool hop. If you want them to be able to visit you at the resort and hang out, you could add them.
