Odd we had a wonderful stay. I tend not to pay attention to others dishes in the hallway since it doesn't affect my room or my vacation

Sorry you had a bad stay! We are headed back next weekand have always loved our stays there! Of course, we haven't really had a bad stay at disney... I Did notice the tray thing last time at the Poly, but it wasn't a problem for us. We have always had excellant mousekeeping during our stays.
I have to agree that you can't beat the location! We love walking to MGM, hate riding the boat. DH calls it the slow boat to China, and claims to be able to walk faster.
