we welcomed Norbert to our family last night

Yup- DS & I went to the pet store and "adopted" a little hermit crab who DS calls Norbert. Godzilla was lonely in his tank so we brought him home a friend.
We had a small funeral for Hermit a few days ago. Pet shop said his big claw may have fallen off because it was too dry. Hoping Norbert does a little better w/Godzilla.

Here's to a long and happy life for Norbert. Let's hope he doesn't grow into the Norbert that Hagrid tried to keep as a pet in Harry Potter!!
