We Sold Our House in Orlando!!!!!!!!!!

I can't tell you (but I will) how HAPPY we are! We've had this house since 1990, lived in it 6 years, moved out and my Mom moved in. She moved out this year and it's been for sale since March.

We live in our primary house in Tampa and this Orlando house was a real burden. We have so many debts that we want to pay off and maybe have some money left to help our DD with college expenses.

We also got exactly what we listed it at. The woman purchasing it is getting a VA loan, so we do have to pay her closing costs, but it's worth it. Besides, I think we can deduct the closing costs on our income tax next year.

It's so good the hear good news. Congratulations!!! My boss has had her second house up for sale for over a year, and it's been such a burden. You must be so relieved. Congrats again!!!
