We Passed ROFR!

We passed ROFR on our 100 points at AKV!

The process has been SO quick and seamless so far. Our offer was made and accepted on August 18. The contract was signed and sent with the deposit on August 21 and Disney received it for ROFR on August 22. It cleared on August 30! Now, I just have to hope that the closing goes this smoothly! I have reservations to make!
