we need 30 extra points for future vacation

I know we are planning rather early, but we plan to have a 3 week vacation at the boardwalk villas in 2010 (in a 1 bed villa with boardwalk view). It will be 'value' season and i see it will cost us 600 points in total. We will be banking and borrowing and we will have a total of 570 points to use.
My question is, what is the cheapest way to get hold of the extra 30 points for this particular vacation? If we can't do this cheaply, then we plan to have 1 week in a standard view villa and 2 weeks in a BW view villa. Obviously we would prefer to stay all 3 weeks in the same villa. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Get someone to transfer the 30 points into your account at a point in the future when you can utilize the points. I am not an expert on the in's and out's of transfers but I am sure there are others on this board who will comment.
I am also assuming that BWV is your home resort because if you somehow cannot get the 30 points and you need to get a standard view, you could be out of luck with getting the standard view at 7 months even in value season.

If you want a BW view, your only option (besides adding on, LOL) is to have BWV points transferred into your appropriate use year (depends on which use year the planned vacation falls into).

BW view villas are not available for cash, even to members.

If it were me I'd knock off one night at the beginning or end of the trip. I'm guessing that those would be weekend nights so that should save you all the points you need.

Otherwise I'd try to rent points and have them transferred to me. Some members are hesitant to transfer, however, since we only get one per year.
