We met Joe Rohde AND Pete Werner in one day!!

We stayed at AKL, and were having breakfast at the Kilimanjaro Club on Thursday morning and sitting next to us at a table was Imagineer Joe Rohde, all by himself, having his breakfast too!! We asked for a picture and he was kind enough to oblige. He was extremely nice, and had a good firm handshake!

Later that morning we went to DHS, and as we were boarding our bus to go back to AKL I see someone walking past our bus with a "DIS PRIDE" t-shirt on. It was Pete Werner! So I run to the front of the bus and screamed "PETE WERNER!!" He saw me and I screamed "I LOVE YOUR PODCAST!" and he smiled and kindly waved!!

So we got to meet all kinds of Disney Royalty that day!!

I met Joe Rohde at D23 and he is seriously the nicest person to talk to. We grew up in the same town in Oahu, so we had a small chat about living there.

Definitely worth saying hello if you are a bit hesitant on that kind of thing.
