We made an offer!

Wanted to let you all know the status on our DVC buying adventures! Today we made an offer and it was accepted- for 170 points SSR, at 67$ a point. It is a december use year (which we wanted), with full points coming in 09, but also had 138 points on it already. Now I'm just crossing my fingers we'll get through ROFR! I made the offer after reading about the 66$ going through lately, and thought we'd give it a try.

I'm so excited!!
