I am so excited, but I still have few questions...

Where do I go to get Celabration buttons? We are celebrating my Birthday and my kids' first trip to the World.

Where is the best place to meet the Toy Story characters? Are there PhotoPass photographers there?

I pre-purchased a photo-pass CD before they decided only resort guests could pre-purchase them for a discounted price. Will they still honor it?

#1 In Magic Kingdom when you walk in on the left you will see a building next to the fire station.. I am not 100% sure but it is like the "City Hall" and you can try to get reservations there etc.. and they have buttons for all kinds of occasions!

2. Buzz lightyear is stationed multiple times outside of Carousel of Progress in Future World. I believe there is a photopass photographer there.. They used to have Woody at MGM across from Muppets but I believe they stopped that a few years ago. Hopefully someone who has been there more recently (over a year ago now for me) will let you know.

3. I would think so, but I dunno..

As far as meeting Buzz and Woody, the best place is at DHS right across from Toy Story Mania in the Pixar area. They are indoors and there are photopass photographers.

You can get celebration buttons at any park for any celebration. Also you can meet Toy Story characters at DHS in Pixar place or something like that. When me and my family go there, we usually see Woody, Buzz, and usually the green soldiers are there.
