This is our children's first trip ....they are just bouncing off the walls. We are planning a Disney pizza party tonight, Dog is going to Grandma's so we are going to spread a blanket on the floor and have pizza and watch Disney movies. What's your favorite Disney Movie to get you in the spirit for Disney?

I'm getting a bit stressed about the airplane ride...none of our kiddos have flown. They all seem positive about it so I guess they will be fine. We are all sniffly the last couple days...hopefully it's allergies and once we get in the nice Florida sun we will all be fine. Do you think I should give them a decongestant before we fly. I'm not one to give medicine for cold symptoms normally.

Ok, breathe...we are going to the happiest place on earth...everything will be fine.

The DIS has been such an awesome place, I've learned soooo much! I will definately be doing a trip report when we get back!

You are going to be just fine. I wish we were going tomorrow but we've got three more weeks to go. As far as giving the kids something for flying, if you don't give them something for the sniffles then don't do it now. I'd bring it along in case you need it when you get down there but don't treat it differently because you're going on vacation.

Have a fantastic time and take lots of notes for a trip report. I love to hear how kids who go for the first time react.

Have a fun trip! We took our first trip to WDW over Spring Break. Our kids (6 and 9) had never flown either and did great! We watched some Disney movies on the way to the airport. Since we've been back my DS6 has really been into the Disney classics again. The whole family loved Peter Pan's Flight, so we've watched Peter Pan and Return to Neverland multiple times since we've been home. The kids watched Cinderella and pointed out the castle in the opening. Both are big Incredibles fans so that's been on. Fantasmic was a big hit so I got that from the library when we got home. I'm rambling, aren't I? Guess the point is, you can't go wrong with Disney movies!!

Have SOOO much fun!!!! I also smiled when I read your post! We go in 62 days (but who is counting!) Your kids should do fine. Our kids love flying. The first time they flew was in 2003. No problems. They were 2, 6 & 8. Have them chew gum for their ears.

Enjoy tonight!!! I never sleep very much before we go. I end up getting up at 3:00 am or so and get ready. No sense in laying in bed doing NOTHING!

Again, have fun. Take LOTS of pictures and enjoy. Don't rush. Take each minute as it comes!

We leave tomorrow too !!!!!!!! We are so pumped too. We have two girls and we are flying also. I do suggest that you have your kids and yourself for that matter chew gum during take off and landing. The air pressure sometimes makes your ears feel like they need to pop and the gum really helps. I do it for myself, because I can't stand that feeling. Anyways, have a magical time and just enjoy looking out the plane window. Buzzlight year ride here I come !!!

That is a really good idea to have a pizza party.
I will have to remember that for whenever we get to go to WDW! In a year I think unfortunatly. I don't know if we can still make it for June 1st

We leave at 4:30 tomorrow morning! I am just now packing. Been sick with sinus infection and bronchitis since Tuesday. Just now feeling like getting up to get stuff done. I just have to stuff things in the bags though. I think we have everything. Found the window markers today at TArget and dd is having a blast trying to figure out what she is going to do to her windows!! It will be her 5th bday on Sunday so this is a very special trip. Hope I start to feel better. Just to be able to breathe normally will be nice! I will have trip breakdown when I get back.
