We leave in 5 days!!! Just added daily schedule and ADRs-post #3

My OCD planning is about to get the best of me. We leave in 5 days and I am having a hard time controlling my excitment. Our flight leaves Indy at 5:30 PM. We are flying AirTran for the first time. We will be staying at the WL- bunkbeds/courtyard view. Our flight home is on Jan. 30 at 8:30 PM.

Who are we?

Me- 36 year old- elementary school media specialist. I love my job- I get to work with 475 K-5 grade students. My principal understands my need to go to Disney and supports my use of personal days to do it. I love to plan, and plan, and plan some more.

DH- 40 year old famer who traveled to Disney for the first time in 2001! My parents took us and my brother and his wife. This was my father's retirement gift to himself. He wanted to take a family vaction- so we went over MLK weekend. DH was not happy about going and complained for the months prior to the trip. DH quickly changed his mind and feel in love with Disney. I am blessed to have such a wonderful husband. He puts up with my obsessive planning. He is also a wonderful father.

DS- 7 year old in the 2nd grade. He loves Disney just as much as we do. The only problem, he only wants to stay at the Wilderness Lodge and I want to stay at the Poly. Of course we continue to give in to him. This is a tough week for him. On Wed. he is being tested for celiac disease. This involves a scope procedure so that they can take a sample of his small intestines. We won't find out the results until we return home from our trip, so he can eat whatever he wants on this trip. He also has a ton of homework. His teacher sent home all his homework on Friday so that we can do it before we leave. Bless her!

My kids love the bunk beds at AKL - I get you! They are also 7 - such a great age.

After weeks of planning, I finally came up with our daily plan including dining ADRs. We always park hop. DS was never one to take a nap, so when we traveled to a differ park, he was able to "rest."

This year we are again on the basic Dining Plan. Since we live in the country we don't eat out much since they only close by is fast food. For the most part we love to eat about anything. DH does not like steak. DS is an awesome eater and will at least try something new. We all are picky about our seafood.

Here is our itenary for the week including our dining plans:

Jan. 22- Arrive to WL around 8:30-9:00 PM

Jan. 23- Early morning at the Studios- leave before lunch- take the boat to Epcot- eat CS lunch around the world- 6:30 ADR at Biergarten- Illuminations

Jan. 24- 7:30 ADR Ohana Character Breakfast- a must for DS! He love Stitch!
MK in the morning- CS somewhere before we leave for the Studios- 3:50 Fantasmic Package at Hollywood Brown Derby- 6:30 Fantasmic- MK for Evening Hours

Jan. 25- Early morning AK- Lunch at Flame Tree BBQ- Head over to MK- 5:00 ADR at Liberty Tree-

Jan. 26- Early morning Epcot- 12:10 ADR Teppan Edo- Head to Downtown Disney for evening- 6:00 ADR T-Rex

Jan. 27- 8:15 ADR BOMA- DH really wants to visit AKL- AK in the monring- realy plans for the evening- we will leave it up to DS

Jan. 28- Early morning MK- Head to Downtown Disney- 7:00 ADR House of Blues- 9:00 La Nouba Show

Jan. 29- no plans yet in the morning- 5:00 ADR Chef Mickey's- We love to spend the last night at the MK- We might go to Epcot for Evening Magic Hours

Jan. 30- No plans- whatever DS wants to do. Our flight leaves at 8:30 PM

Any feedback on the ADRs would be great!

Your plans look great....amazing ADR's too!!! Planning is half the fun isn't it. My DD17 calls me a freak, but she loves how organzied everything is when we arrive
