I guess Disney is figuring out they just might need those Florida Residents after all. Funny how they are offering Florida discounts and free parking .

The holiday travel rush is over, and most airports are back to normal. Only factors now are weather delays, which is out of anyone's control.

It's going to depend on which airline you're on and where you're going. Delta will be back to normal, they only cancelled 58 flights and made up most of the delays yesterday. AA stranded 1,000 or so people in Hawaii yesterday, it's going to take them a few days to get that cleared out and everybody from CONUS to Hawaii that was trying to get there. SW I'd expect to see a little bit of a residual issue, they cancelled a lot of flights so may not have planes and crews where they need them. I'm not expecting anything like what happened three weeks ago but it could cause some issues today.

Sadly , I think 'normal' is now what it has been the past few weeks.
Your departure and arrive time is just a suggestion.
Airline will just shut down when they want. Wednesday it was the FAA that stopped all flights.
Air travel has become the wild, wild west.

What airline are you flying? Delta you will be fine. Others you are rolling the dice a bit more.

Everything looks back to normal. United is at 8% delayed, American and Delta are at 7% and Southwest at 6%. Only United has enough cancellations to show a percentage, 1%.
