We leave in 10 days! Last minute decision!

So we decided to leave a day earlier for our WDW vacation so that we could get in 1 day at US/IoA. We will be going on Sat. 10/29. Right now that is our only planned day, but we do have another day later in the week we could possibly return if the kids like it and we don't get everything in.

A few questions....
If I buy a 1 Day Park to Park pass can I upgrade to that $174.99 3 day ticket special that is going on right now at the gate?

Can you buy the Express Pass after you have already entered the park and seen what the lines are like or is it a pre-buy only?

Do they do child swap at US/IoA?

Which non-property hotels offer the early admission to the park?

Is there more than one entrance to US/IoA or do you enter in the same spot for both parks?

We want to get everything in at WWoHP. Can someone share a plan of attack? We also want to experience the Three Broomsticks and Olivander's is a must do for DS10.

Yes, you can upgrade tickets. The normal 3 day park to park price at the gate is $170.99. It is $150.99 if you purchase it online.

Yes, you can buy express passes inside the park. Just watch for signs or ask at the gift shops.

Yes there is a child swap.

No off property hotels offer early entry unless you purchase a package through the www.universalorlando.com website. If you do that, then there are many options.

You enter both parks through Citywalk.

If you want to do everything, get there very early and do Ollivander's first and FJ second. The other rides will not have any problems.

Since this is the last weekend for HHN, the parks might be quite busy.
