Which resort did you purchase at and how many points was it for? Maybe different point levels and different resorts make a difference?? I don't really know.

Mine was just a 100 point contract at BWV. I sure hope you hear something soon!! Maybe today will be your lucky day!

Right of first refusal. Disney has 30 days to buy the contract out from under you for the same price you offered to pay for it.

Hmmm...maybe it has something to do with the small size of the contract? I really don't know. Are you already a member? I would think based on the price you offered it would pass. I sure hope you hear something soon!

I have two reservations for Grand Villas at OKW for five nights each, one this Fall and the other in January of 2009.

The total point cost for the 10 days will only be 364 points!

I found out that the undiscounted price for these reservations including tax would total $13,466!

My original purchase price of 230 OKW points was only $11,960 at 52 dollars a point back in 1992.

At $5.00 a point in member fees, my out of pocket cost will be $1820 or 182 per night for a 2400 square foot Grand Villa.

Aside from letting you know how happy I am, my point is that as the years pass, DVC tends to look better and better! It certainly has for me.
