We just got rear ended!!!

My dh and I were driving home from picking up some Christmas cookie making items from the local store, and some lady rear ended us while were stopped at a red light!!!


Ughhh!!! Ppl really need to get there heads out of their You-know-whats while driving. My dh said he could see her crusing along with her head turned toward the passanger seat fiddling with a cell phone and looking into her purse.

She ran right into our SUV, and when my dh got out of the car to see the damage (luckily there wasn't any) the lady wasn't fazed at all and STILL engaged in the VERY important matter of fiddling in her purse!!!

She did roll down her window to say "I'm sorry." My dh didn't yell at her or anything.. I think he handled the situation than I would have.

Sorry to hear that and I'm glad there wasn't much damage. When I got to work today I looked out the window (very clear, no snow or ice on the roads) and there was a three car accident. People have other things on there mind and aren't paying attention to driving as they should.

Luckily no one was hurt, that's all that matters. About a month ago a lady was backing out of her driveway, didn't stop, and clipped the back of my truck. She has a hedge in front of her house and the first thing she says to me is, maybe I should cut down the hedge this is the 2nd time I've done this. $2k later paid by her insurance, my truck is fixed.

Cell phones in cars are the WORST. Our neighboring state CT just outlawed talking on them while driving unless you're using a handsfree.

Again, luckily no one was hurt and nothing was damaged.
