We have signed our contract and so have the sellers, now it is in the hands of Disney! Our closing is set on August 12th.

I hope they don't practice the ROFR.

We went with Jaki at "A Timeshare Broker" and are working to get 350 points at Old Key West with use year in June and 211 banked from last year and 350 from this year.

Just a tip- if you hear from the closing company, it usually means your resale went through. I heard from them before I heard from my agent when Disney waived ROFR.
