Wow, scary!
My hubby went through something similar in his early 20s (we met when he was 28), but his was inoperable at that time (maybe now with lasers, but not in the early 90s). He actually ended up healing his with the under-the-table help of naturopaths b/c the radiation they wanted to do had too many side effects for his taste, based on where the tumor was. Not to talk about hubby, but to let you guys know something interesting in case you are, well, interested, he went macrobiotic (beyond macro b/c his ND refused to let him have fish, as fish in the States is too polluted and farm-raised is filled with weird antibiotics and such), he had enzyme treatments, and had very expensive visits to hyperbaric chambers (it was all out of pocket). But he did have MRIs throughout and they showed it shrinking within something like 6 months, and it's been gone for a solid 10 years now. His family and friends were scared to death throughout b/c he wasn't following the normal American routine, but it worked!
Can't hurt to clean up a diet while dealing with something like that, so I thought I'd let you know about DH.
