We were booked for Nov 5 -12 and I changed our trip to Nov. 4- 11. I was able to change all of our ADR's except for Ohana's which we had booked for November 11th. So, someone got lucky and picked up that time I am sure. No other times were available during the 7 nights we will be at WDW. Oh well, we are trying a new restaurant to us instead.

If you really want 'Ohana, keep checking. Seems that reservations pop up due to cancellations. I know I tried for several weeks and was finally able to get one for our August trip. It was later than I wanted so I kept trying and was able to get one for the perfect time for us. So keep trying if it is a place that your family really wants to eat at!

Even if you have no luck before leaving, check once you get down to WDW.
The last 2 trips I wasn't able to get ADRs for lunch at Mama Melrose(2010) & Rose & Crown(2009) before leaving home. I checked at the Concierge at POFQ once we got there and got them
